Initial Contact
You've reached out and have provided us with the preliminary information regarding the scope and details of your project.
Lets Talk Budget
Based on the preliminary information you provided, we will issue an estimated budget on what we feel the project will cost to complete.
Onsite Meeting
During our on site meeting we will walk through the space, brainstorm, confirm measurements and discuss the goal of your space.
Design Fee & Contract
We present our initial design proposal, letter of agreement and design fee structure for your review and acceptance.
Project Design
We start with an initial design consultation, then develop your design before preparing drawings, sourcing materials and creating colour palettes.
Construction Estimate
We work to obtain any further quotes needed. Once the construction estimate is presented, it’s up to you to review and accept.
Construction Contract
A construction agreement is signed by both parties. We confirm the timeline from the initial conversation and Amend gets to work for you.
Building Permits
Any and all permit applications are submitted to the relevant municipality for review and approval. We’re helping every step of the way.
Construction
When an approved permit is issued, we’ll begin construction! We’re working with you throughout to see your project through to completion.
